Lamaro Hotel (ex Hotel Colón)
A case of organic growth and visual coherence.
Start of management
November 2022

We began managing the social media of the historic Hotel Colón in 2022, (now Lamaro Hotel) with a community of around 7,030 followers and a relatively inactive digital presence.
Our initial goal was to define a visual line consistent with the hotel's identity and create a content strategy that conveyed its essence: hospitality, tradition, and iconic views of Barcelona.
Defining the visual strategy and brand tone
January – March 2023
After the initial audit, we developed a strategy focused on aesthetic coherence, visual narrative, and authenticity.
We created a new graphic line inspired by the hotel's architecture and elegance, reinforcing its classic identity with a contemporary language.
The communication pillars were also defined: experience, hospitality, and the iconic views of Barcelona.
Digital consolidation
April 2023 – January 2024



With the visual and communications strategy already defined, we began a phase of sustained growth based on consistency, content quality, and narrative coherence.
Each publication was planned to strengthen the hotel's visual identity, reflect the authentic guest experience, and convey the value of the surroundings.
Organic growth
January 2024 – September 2024




During this period, professional photo shoots, storytelling-focused reels, and organic campaigns were implemented to boost engagement and reach.
The profile grew from 7,030 to more than 15,302 followers without any advertising investment, consolidating an active and recognizable community.

In September 2024, we will complete the management of the Hotel Colón profile after almost two years of continuous work.
We left behind a solid account, with a coherent visual identity, an active community, and sustained organic growth.
This project demonstrated the potential of a well-planned strategy: generating measurable results and building a real community with 100% organic traffic, consolidating a real and engaged community for the brand.
